Who is responsible for your information

Graeme Wilson operates Warehouse Operations and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].

Information collected

Information may be collected when you:

• send an enquiry through the contact form;
• contact Graeme by email, phone or LinkedIn; or
• enter into discussions or an engagement for consulting services.

This may include your name, contact details, organisation, preferred contact method, WhereScape RED version and the information you provide about your enquiry. Do not include passwords, API keys or other secrets in the contact form.

How information is used

Personal information is used to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• assess and discuss possible consulting work;
• provide agreed services and maintain business records;
• protect the website and contact form from misuse; and
• meet legal, accounting or professional obligations.

Information will not be sold or used for unrelated advertising. Client details, system information and project material will not be published without permission.

Hosting, security and service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare provides hosting, network security and Turnstile spam protection, and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata when the site is accessed or the form is submitted.

Contact-form submissions are sent by email and may be stored in email and business systems used to manage the enquiry or resulting work. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or behavioural tracking. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site, including the Turnstile service on the contact page. No Google Analytics tracking is included.

Disclosure

Personal information is shared only where needed to operate the website, respond to an enquiry, provide agreed services, obtain professional advice, or comply with law. Service providers are given only the information needed for their role.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, resolve disputes and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of where practical.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may ask for access to personal information held about you and request correction of information you believe is wrong. You may also raise a concern about how your information has been handled.
